By downloading, installing, or using Allowance Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
Allowance Tracker is a financial literacy application designed for children and families. It allows users to track allowances, record income and expenses, set savings goals, and learn money management skills. The app is for educational and tracking purposes only and does not handle real financial transactions.
You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. Parents are responsible for their children's accounts and activity within the app.
Allowance Tracker offers a free tier with basic features and a Premium subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of financial tracking and education. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the app. You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Allowance Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The app is an educational tool and does not provide financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information within the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allowance Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Al descargar, instalar o usar Allowance Tracker, aceptas estos Términos de Servicio. Si eres menor de 18 años, tu padre o tutor legal debe aceptar estos términos en tu nombre.
Allowance Tracker es una aplicación de educación financiera diseñada para niños y familias. Permite a los usuarios llevar un registro de mesadas, registrar ingresos y gastos, establecer metas de ahorro y aprender habilidades de gestión del dinero. La app es solo para fines educativos y de seguimiento, y no maneja transacciones financieras reales.
Debes crear una cuenta para usar la app. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales de inicio de sesión. Aceptas proporcionar información precisa y actualizarla según sea necesario. Los padres son responsables de las cuentas y actividad de sus hijos dentro de la app.
Allowance Tracker ofrece un nivel gratuito con funciones básicas y una suscripción Premium con funciones adicionales. Las suscripciones se facturan a través de la App Store de Apple o Google Play Store y están sujetas a sus respectivos términos. Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde la configuración de suscripciones de tu dispositivo. Los reembolsos son gestionados por Apple o Google según sus políticas.
Aceptas usar la app solo para su propósito previsto de seguimiento financiero y educación. No puedes intentar realizar ingeniería inversa, modificar o explotar la app. No puedes usar la app para ningún propósito ilegal o no autorizado.
Allowance Tracker se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. La app es una herramienta educativa y no proporciona asesoramiento financiero. No somos responsables de las decisiones financieras tomadas basándose en la información dentro de la app. No garantizamos que la app estará libre de errores o será ininterrumpida.
En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, Allowance Tracker no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial o consecuente que surja del uso o la imposibilidad de usar la app.
Podemos suspender o terminar tu cuenta si violas estos términos. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la configuración de la app. Tras la terminación, tus datos serán eliminados permanentemente.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos de Servicio de vez en cuando. Notificaremos a los usuarios de cambios significativos a través de la app. El uso continuado de la app después de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los términos actualizados.
